VideoAsk is a conversational tool developed by Typeform that enables companies to better engage with their target audience. With VideoAsk, you can record videos that provide companies with the opportunity to personalize their lead funnel, thereby generating high-quality leads. The app is also perfect for employee recruitment. Video-recorded interviews can be sent directly to applicants with key questions.
Challenge
The existing design needed to be transferred into a comprehensive design system. Together, we quickly realized that an initial redesign process was necessary to make this possible.
Solution
We created a clearly defined brand guideline and authored a fully documented design system. The redesign process was closely linked with the creation of a pattern library, which helps the internal design team expedite processes and ensure a cohesive brand appearance.
In collaboration with the CEO, we created a module library to facilitate content creation and eliminate existing silos (gaps between departments). For example, editors are now able to create brand-compliant websites without requiring design or programming knowledge. This has greatly simplified and streamlined internal company processes, making them more productive.
